Looks very nice. Functions as a fan a bit less than expected, I was hoping for more turnover of hot air and stems when cooking. But!!! The touch less feature is crap. it works sometimes if you wave your hand just right. Very annoying that I bought a more expensive vent hood for this feature specifically and it doesn't really work. Remote works fine. But I don't usually change the settings from another location, so its really not so helpful to go to the place I store the remote and use it, I can just go to the stove. The real thing that ruined this good for me is the touch less feature not working as advertised. It just wasn't worth the extra. You can get an equally nice hood with out that feature for way less. It's too late for me since it's installed now, but spare yourswlf the disappointment.
Only thing I would say that isn’t as expected is the wave your hand feature to increase and decrease the fan speed. It seems to go off unexpectedly when you’re cooking in front of the stove.
We received our range hood promptly from Amazon however we noticed some deep scratches on the chimney extension. Contacted iktch customer support and Jessie was profesional and diligent on getting our problem resolved. Would definitely recommend this product and company.
Circuit board seems to be the correct fit, however lights do not get as bright as before and button functions are twitchy. The fan does work now as the old board was defective, functionality is just not the same as it was originally.
Excellent to do business with
